A good post

It's been a while since I have written a good post. I'm sorry that I have fallen so far behind. This one is more of a catch up post to let you know what we've been up to.

Cohen is rolling all over the place now. He's already putting his legs underneath him and scooting. It's going to get crazier around here with two mobile little ones.

I am busy with the photography business. I am getting several last minute senior session requests. Which is great, it just means my plate is full.

Part of the reason I'm struggling with balancing everything is my lack of sleep. I have been struggling with getting to sleep for two months! It's really starting to affect my everyday function. I try to go to sleep around 10is without taking anything but if I am still awake by 1:30 am I take a benadryl or tylenol pm.

We had a great time with family on Friday night. All the brother in laws and their significant others under one roof. That's a first. ( Everyone is excited for my 42 year old brother in law, who is finally getting married!) We played nerts (a card game) and ended the evening with Wii Dance.

I have planned our Easter meal. And I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am about Easter this year! Looking forward to family, food and the celebration of our risen KING!

What are your Easter plans this weekend?

I promise a better post is coming....

  1. We are going to my Grandma's house. I'm thankful I don't have to cook anything because I'm getting to church 6:30 that morning to help set up for the continental breakfast our church is having after the sunrise service, before the regular service. :)

  3. Oh I love nerts, but I'm afraid I get a little competitive playing! I hope you can start sleeping better soon. I know how it feels. Take care!

  4. Love Nerts. We played it on band tour (nerdy, I know) and all through college. I hope you start to get some sleep. I pray whatever is keeping you up is resolved soon! Happy Easter. I can't wait to sing Alleluia again!

  5. Congrats on all of the Senior Sessions!! How exciting! I haven't even STARTED planning our Easter Feast. With it just being the 3 of us, I don't want to go TOO overboard...hmm. You've given me something to think about. :)
