Before/After Blog Hop

Show off your edited photos! The editing process of photography is such a fun part of the art. The possibilities are endless.

The rules: Show your SOOC shot and then your edited one. Be sure to link back to Pixel Perfect. Share with us what editing program you used and link up below! (when sharing with us what program please don't just say photoshop. Clarify whether you are talking about photoshop elements of photoshop cs4, thanks)

SOOC (straight out of camera)

The program I used for this photo was Adobe photoshop cs4. (I will put a tutorial up on how to do rounded edges with elements. Since you all want to know. :))

  1. I love the picture of Little Man! I have pictures of my son in the crib, too. They are so cute. :)
I really like this edit. I love how you brightened up the photo. His eyese are brighter and his skin tone is beautiful!
I also love the rounded corners. Maybe I will have to get PS cs4 now. It didn't work for me in Lightroom or Gimp. The photo still has a black border...

  2. His eyes are so beautiful! I wish I had skin like him! :-)

  3. Oh, look at your Little Man! I hope he's feeling all better now.

I finally got a chance to link up this week! Woo Hoo! Thanks Monica for hosting this fun blog hop.

  4. How do you make the rounded corners? Can you do this is Photoshop Elements?

  5. Love this edit! Your Little Man is just darling!! His eyes have so much life! I may be back to link up later, if I can dig up a photo. i don't have the time to do a new one today. {boo} I think I have mentioned this before, but I just love your blog!

  6. I love your little man's facial expression!
I need to learn how to do rounded corners. I found a tutorial on how to do it with ps elements 8 but I must be doing something wrong because it doesn't work.

  7. Katie-Working on a tutorial explaining how to do it in elements. Be looking for it tomorrow!!

  8. Precious! I love Little Man's big eyes! And I love the edit!

    Thanks for hosting!

  9. gorgeous picture and edit! love it!

  10. Thanks so much for the tutorial, Monica...how you have time to do those...with a little one...I'll never know..but thank you. I have an action that automatically does that but I am so glad to actually know how to do it so I can adjust it more!! Thanks again. You are a talent.
